Wholesale & OEM FAQ: MOQ, Wood, Samples, Logo & Shipping

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For a single product, our MOQ starts at 200 pieces. For a mixed order combining several products, the MOQ is 500–1,000 pieces. The exact figure also depends on the material, structure and packaging, and whether it's one of our existing items or a newly developed custom design. Send us the details of what you need and we'll evaluate and confirm.

2. What types of wood do you use?

We work mainly in acacia, bamboo, beech, pine, paulownia, fir, plywood and MDF, finished with food-safe oils or low-VOC clear coats depending on the product. We can match a specific material, grade or finish on request.

3. How long does sampling take?

Samples are usually ready in 5–7 working days. We make a sample to your specification for approval before any mass production begins, so you can check the wood, finish and dimensions first-hand.

4. Can you print or engrave our own logo? (Private label / OEM)

Yes. We offer laser engraving, printing, custom colours, hang tags and branded packaging. Send us your logo or brand assets and we'll mock up the options on your sample. Private-label and OEM/ODM orders are welcome.

5. What is the production lead time?

Once your sample is approved and the deposit is confirmed, mass production typically runs 25–30 days for most lines. Larger or seasonal orders are quoted individually.

6. How do you ship, and where to?

We export to buyers across the Americas, Europe, Australia and Asia. We usually ship on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, or you're welcome to arrange your own freight forwarder to collect the goods. Samples and small or urgent shipments can go by express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) or air freight.

7. How is pricing decided?

Price depends on the wood, size, finish, customisation and order volume, so catalogue prices read "Contact for quote". Send us your specs and quantity and we'll return a clear, itemised quotation.

8. Can you make our own design (OEM / ODM)?

Absolutely. Send a sketch, photo or sample and our team will advise on materials, refine the design for manufacture, and produce a sample for your approval before mass production — made to your size, shape and species.

9. How are the products packaged?

Standard export packaging protects goods in transit, and we also offer retail-ready, branded packaging — boxes, hang tags and inserts — so your products arrive shelf-ready. Tell us your requirements and we'll quote accordingly.

10. What are your payment terms?

For most orders we work on a deposit with the balance before shipment; the exact terms are confirmed on your quotation. We're glad to discuss what works for your order.
